Below is a snapshot of some of the core things that occupy my time and mind now (in no order):
HEALTH
In May and June, I lost 15+ pounds in two months through the Honey Diet. In early July, I had a calf strain which slowed me down. As of today, I am feeling pretty close to “back in my body” a little bit more these days. On the whole, this area has been a big win this year for me.
WILLIAMSBURG
I am loving Williamsburg and can often be found on Bedford Avenue. We renewed our lease again for another year too. Yay!
CREATING SPACE AND SERENDIPITY
I am in a period of creating more space and trying to lean into serendipity more. Hosting smaller gatherings, easier to host events, and other experiments like daily unplanned phone calls in July has been energizing.
WORK AND PROJECTS
This summer has been lots of milestones and anniversaries: podcasting for 7 years, 3 years of hosting Podcast Mixers, and 4 years working at the Chief of Staff Network. It’s crazy how skills, relationships and bodies of work grow over time.
